The American College of Sports Medicine published a miracle workout routine that the New York Time took care of making popular. Known as the 7 Minute Workout Challenge, it has arrived on iPhone as an app so that we can all keep fit.

This workout is a series of 12 exercises that are carried out in series of 30 seconds, with 10-second rest intervals between them. The intensity with which they are carried out is equivalent to working out for more than an hour every day and you won't need any special equipment: anyone can do these exercises wherever they are and whenever they want.
