During the XVII century, a serious of commercial routes were established between various European and Far East countries, allowing to market the products from both continents and giving way to the first big transport companies. With them the number of pirates and danger of each commercial route also increased, forcing the merchants to look for new ways to protect their cargo.

Travel to the era in which IPA beer was born

In East India Company we will recreate this period and we have to make sure that everything works properly. Our mission will be to direct one of the great merchant fleets that fought to gain control of these maritime commercial routes, with the possibility to choose between 8 different countries of the time. We will have to ship all kinds of goods, taking port in different places of the Far East and Africa, and fighting against all those that try to rob our ships.

This title offers us the possibility to enjoy an entertaining real strategy game that combines sea battles with the complete control of the commercial routes, with the final objective of becoming the major company with control over the Far East trade.

Download East India Company and discover one of the economic engines prior to the Industrial Revolution. The demo allows the player to play during the time period between 1650 and 1660, with various fleets and ports available, what's more, it also offers two naval battle scenarios.
