Word games are one of those genres that adapt to all audiences. Kids can learn new vocabulary and train their brain whilst they have fun and adults can have a good and relaxing time whilst they increase their mental agility. We're talking about apps with a high educational factor.

A different two-word game

Pictoword is a word game for Android that's extremely entertaining and perfect for the entire family. The player must face up to hundreds of levels, each one of which includes two images that don't have anything to do with each other. At the bottom of the interface, we'll be shown a series of scrambled letter and blank spaces to be filled in. Our goal is simple: to find a concept that can be related to both images just like in other similar games of the likes of 4 Pics 1 Word although it isn't exactly the same.

Instead of searching for a common concept, the player must search for the word represented in each image and join them both to build a new one that probably has got nothing to do with the original pictures, filling in the blank spaces with the correct letters and in the right order.

For instance; if we're shown a picture of a sandy beach and another photo with a witch... If we put them together, we'll get sandwich. Although it may sound confusing, after playing three or four levels, the gameplay is quite clear.
