Is the air that you breathe of good quality? If you would like to find out, the Air Quality application provides users with real-time data that it gathers from weather stations around the world. You can either search manually or activate the GPS location on your mobile device. This application offers AQI (Air Quality Index) data from more than 8,000 stations around the globe. The information is updated every hour.

What does Air Quality measure?

This application measures the following three pollutants:

  • Fine particles.
  • Breathable particles.
  • Ozone.
  • Nitrogen dioxide.
  • Sulfur dioxide.
  • Carbon monoxide.

Air Quality also offers a very useful function: there is a widget that you can configure on your cell phone's home screen for a quicker, more convenient use. It also has a display mode in which you can see the data on a map and check it on a graph that measures the evolution of air quality in your area throughout the day.
