The best casual games usually meet the target for which they were developed: to keep us entertained. Many of them include mechanisms that make them endless and usually remind us some of the first video games in history due to the simplicity of their approach (that doesn't necessarily involve their graphics).
Within the wide range of offer of titles of this nature, we can download to our iPhone this game called Color Ballz which will probably remind you of the legendary Arkanoid and that guarantees hours of entertainment whilst we try to break our own records.
A circular and never-ending game
How to play is very easy: dozens of balls will fall down a pipe and with the help of the platform that we have to slide horizontally left and right, we'll have to avoid losing them by making them rebound and sending them to another pipe. From there they will be sent once again to the first pipe completing a never-ending circuit provided that we're skillful enough to return all the balls.
It isn't as easy as it seems because each time we lose a ball, our platform will get smaller and smaller... therefore, the more we lose, the harder it will be to return them. At least we'll be able to make use of special power-ups that will grant us with certain advantages, such as multiplying the number of balls, increasing their size or changing their color. By the way, the color balls reward us with more points than the white ones. That's good to know.
