You've probably already heard loads of old people telling you that phones are evil because they're alienating and don't allow us to mingle with other people and all that nonsense. Well, there may be some truth to that statement but phones do offer us plenty of socialization possibilities based on traditional board games.
One of them is Heads Up!, that has become popular thanks to Ellen DeGeneres who plays it with her guests on your night show. And how to play is very easy: just choose a new card or shake your phone and put it on your forehead. Now the rest of players have to give you clues so that you can guess what it says. If you get it right, put your phone down, and if not, pass it on to the next player.
The application comes along with the following features:
- Play with as many friends as you want.
- Make a new card appear by just shaking your phone.
- Choose between several different categories.
- Record videos of your friends trying to give you clues and share them on Facebook.
A perfect game for get-together and celebrations with friends that never want to go to a bar (don't trust them!).
The app includes loads of different categories and the majority of cards are mainstream enough for anyone to know what they're about. These are some of the topics available:
- Language accents.
- Millennial topics.
And the thing is that, as it's a mobile application, with every new update and new APK of the game, we'll be offered new topics and questions.
