Finding WiFi hotspots and monitoring them to get hold of different information that can be very useful when it comes to connecting our computer is simple if you've got Homedale. This software offers us a quick view of the networks with which we can access the Internet from our laptop or desktop PC.

What information does Homedale WiFi offer us?

This program, from its information panel, offers the user the following data:

  • Signal intensity.
  • Network encryption type (WEP, WPA or WPA2).
  • Speed.
  • Channel.
  • Frequency.
  • Bitrate.
  • Information about our computer's router: model and IP and MAC addresses.

To be able to connect to any of them, provided that we're authorized to do so, we only have to right click to fold down the contextual menu and access its options. All the latter from a lightweight and portable program, so that we won't need to install anything.
