With a simple installation, Lightning has settings so that we can indicate the preferences that this complement will have: alarms, categories, views and time zones. Once we have selected the features, it will be ready to be used.
Lightning integrates perfectly with the email client and we will have a calendar available and a list with the tasks for each day, week or month. We will be able to add new tasks to the days of the calendar, choose alarms to let us know, and manages all our arrangements. What's more, we will have the option to invite our contacts to an event that we have programed. We can change the calendar view to show the day, week, multiple weeks, or month. And once we have all the organizer ready, we will only have had to close the calendar tab.
