Want to keep in constant visual touch with your nearest and dearest? Locket is a widget that allows you to send and receive live pictures from friends that you will be able to see right on your home screen.

It’s like a portal to the people you care about — a little glimpse at what they’re up to throughout the day.

How does the widget work?

It's very easy. Once the app has been installed and friend requests sent to your closest contacts, you will begin to receive their photos right on the home screen. If you want to reply, all you have to do is press the picture to open the app interface. Then take a selfie or change the camera angle to take a photo of your cat or anything you like to send and choose the contact or contacts you want to send it to.

As you receive and send more and more pics, you will be able to create a nice history that is kind of like an album. However, this app and widget are only for our closest family and friends since it only allows us to add 5 people to share moments with.
