I've been playing this game for a couple of months now and I finally got 36 of 36 fruits which I was not expecting but I do have them. when I hit the redeem button it tells me sorry you have to complete the task well I have completed the task I got 36 of 36 fruits Why can't I redeem? Is this just a scam?

I've downloaded this game twice on my phone and once on another. ALL three times, the game glitches when I get closer to the jackpot.
