It's an app with a very basic and sober design that puts your Internet connection through a stress test to know your upload and download speeds and how long it takes to do a ping. This information can be used to compare it to the speed your provider is meant to be giving you so that you can see if everything is working correctly and view the wireless signal intensity that is reaching your device.
Furthermore, the app saves a log with the different networks that you've connected to in order to show you which one offers you the best performance, as well as a registry with the number of times that the analysis has been carried out.
