Learn about the different muscles in the human body

Victor Michel González Galván seems determined to help us learn about anatomy. This Android developer has already published 4 applications to date, which allow interested users to learn about anatomy by using interactive 3D models of different anatomical systems in the human body: Circulatory System in 3D, Internal Organs in 3D, Osseous System in 3D and, what concerns us today, Muscular System 3D.

This application shows a human body divided into four parts - head, torso, lower limbs, and upper limbs - in order to achieve a greater level of detail. Users can focus on different parts of the body to zoom in, zoom out and select the muscles about which they wish to learn more. When you tap on a muscle, it will change color and the name of the muscle and pertinent information about it will appear.

Main features

If you would like to continue learning every day and have forgotten a lot of what you once knew about anatomy, this app will refresh your memory in an entertaining way, thanks to the following features:

  • The app allows you to zoom in, zoom out and rotate different parts of the muscular system.
  • Users can access a complete set of information on each muscle in the body.
  • The app works both horizontally and vertically.
  • It also allows users to learn about anatomy in a range of languages; the interface language can be changed using the settings.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Minimum operating system requirements: Android 4.1.
