The up-and-coming text processor for Android
Quip is a promising text processor that is still under development. For the moment, Quip's functionalities have certain limitations but it intends to become fierce competition for the rest of text editors on Android.

Quip's design is based on four basic mainstays:
- Simplicity. Quip removes unnecessary functions from the interface in order to focus its attention on writing.
- Mobility. You can edit text from your PC by accessing the web, or from smartphones and tablets.
- Collaboration. Sharing documents with other users and editing them simultaneously is quite simple.
- Interactivity. Quip's options are strongly related so that it's easy to create interactive lists, shared, notes, etc.

Among the most noteworthy functionalities of Quip we can find the possibility to get hold of document updates in real time, receive notifications when a file is opened, have different conversation threads for each project, view documents offline...
