You definitely know Talking Tom and the rest of the speaking animal apps from the same developers, including the dogs Ben and Hank or the cat Angela. We were obviously missing one of the most talkative animals out there in this range of apps: a parrot.

In Talking Pierre you can play with a naughty parrot capable of scattering rubbish, playing around with a blender or even playing the notes of Deep Purple's Smoke on the Water on the guitar. The system is exactly the same as the rest of the apps: tap the animal or the different elements on the screen to see how he reacts.

Unlike the rest of the apps, as is the case of Talking Tome, we're talking about a game with fewer functions as there aren't any mini-games or virtual pet functions. These are the main functions of this app:

• Talk to Pierre and make him repeat what you say.
• Try to hit him with tomatoes.
• Make him throw the cutlery and scatter rubbish.
• Make him move by rubbing his belly or tapping other parts of his body.
