You can download TouchTunes for free, although the service is only available (at the moment) in the US, Canada, and the UK. What's more, you have to be near one of the partner establishments to browse the available music and add your song to the play queue.

The downside? Adding your music has a cost in credits that must be purchased from the app itself. In other words: this service is not free.
