Quick access to Twitter no matter what you do
There are many unofficial clients for Twitter. One of them is Tweet Balloon, which offers us as a distinctive feature the possibility to access the timeline or a particular hashtag from anywhere in Android, whatever you're doing.

As a Twitter client, Tweet Balloon allows:
- Access to your timeline.
- Publish new tweets.
- Consult your tweets or retweets.
- View your profile.
As additional functionality, this app allows you to include in a virtual balloon either your timeline or a hashtag. This element will remain floating on the screen in the position you indicate. This way, you'll have quick access to Twitter when you need it, even if you're watching a video or browsing.
However, this application has been unsupported since 2014 and its operation today can be very unstable (it's even surprising that it still works). If you don't like the official app, even though it's more than good nowadays, we recommend better options like Talon, Carbon or Echofon that you can also find at Malavida.
