If you're in your mid-30's, you probably remember having spent hours on end playing on portable LCD game machines completing the rows in sort of slow-motion version of the game developed by the mathematician Alexei Pajitnov.
Tetris was one of those legendary puzzle games that became a great hit. To such an extent that nowadays it has been cloned thousands of times. Wood Block Puzzle is yet another version but with a twist that makes it even more interesting.
Add a new dimension to Tetris.
How to play Wood Block Puzzle?
If you recall the gameplay of the classic Tetris, in that title the blocks fell from the top of the screen and the user had to rotate them to create rows in order to score points. In this case, you won't have so much freedom.
The game shows us a blank grid that you'll have to fill with sets of three blocks. These sets won't change until you haven't used all three of them. The goal is still the same: build rows but with a strategic puzzle element that forces the user to think in advance as any mistake will cost you dearly.
The truth is that a game of Wood Block Puzzle can last for as long as you want. Depending on how we place the blocks on the screen, a move counter will start which will determine how long the game will go on for. If we reach the limit, the game will be over. An interesting new twist to an old concept that offers us a mental challenge that any can play.
