Save aunt Josephine’s zoo!
One day you are going quietly about your life when you receive a letter from your grandfather. It turns out that your aunt Josephine has just died and there is nobody to take over the management of her beloved zoo. You immediately decide to get involved, you leave your old life, pack your bags and head for the zoo that only you can save. When you get there, you realize that the word “zoo” was a bit of an overstatement for three enclosures containing a rabbit, a horse and a goat. But, of course, if Zoo 2: Animal Park were realistic, it might not be as fun and funny.
The fate of the zoo is in your hands!
Just when you roll up your sleeves and get knee-deep in manure, Mr. Mayor turns up and by his divine grace decides to close the zoo because, hey, people would rather play PlayStation than go to see three animals in the middle of the countryside. But, as he is not yet totally corrupt, he gives you 48 hours to sort things out. And that’s when you get going because this is where the good stuff starts.
Create and manage your own zoo
Your quest in this game is to carry out small missions and tasks while you gather resources to expand the facilities and give a new home to a wide range of cute animals, both domesticated and wild. Meanwhile, you will have to feed and look after your animals, decorate the zoo to make it more attractive and carry out proper maintenance of the things you put in place. For example, if you have plants, you will have to water them or hire a gardener, because visitors don’t like withering plants. As you begin to bring in a bit of money you will be able to purchase a bunch of different items and animals:
- Enclosures
- Buildings
- Decor
- Animals
Level up in order to access more items, animals, and features. Your goal is to attract visitors and make a profit; so keep in mind that you are running a business. At the end of the day, this game is an interesting blend of zoo simulation and economic management, with the added incentive of being able to get hold of some very cute animals, like panthers, foxes, koalas and penguins.
