Rummy is a French deck card game very popular in countries such as India, with some variants that have become popular in other countries such as canasta, chinchón, or buraco. Over the last few years, this board game has become more popular on mobile devices, mainly on Android, thanks to the ease of finding friends to play with almost instantly and also to the fact that many rummy apps offer the incentive of earning money, even if it is only in the form of virtual coins.
