Google offers several payment methods you can use without a credit or debit card. To access these options, tap the three horizontal lines icon at the top to display the menu.

Paysafecard
It is one of the most important online payment platforms. This online payment method involves buying a PIN worth 10, 25, 50, or 100 euros at a physical outlet that will be added to your account's balance. All you have to do is enter the 16-digit code.
If this is the method you want to use regularly, select the option from the list. A new window will warn you about being redirected to the platform to verify your user account.
Once there, you will have to fill in your user data and password and tap on the blue Connect button. That is assuming you already have an account, otherwise, you will have to create one.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account associated with a bank account, just fill in your email and phone number. This way, the funds needed to pay in Google Play will be drawn from your PayPal account. Select this option from the list.
Enter your registered email address and phone number. Finally, tap on the green Allow button to log into your account. From now on, you will be able to pay with your PayPal balance.
Redeem Code
If you are the lucky owner of a promotional code or gift card, you can also make purchases on this platform without using a credit card. Just select that payment method and enter the code.
For gift cards, they are sold in physical stores for 15, 25, and 50 euros. The selected amount will be added to your account balance and you will be able to pay with it.
