Some time ago, Ares was a must-have program thanks to its efficient system to download music for free. The persecution against this kind of platform and the appearance of other legal systems of the likes of Spotify that allows us to enjoy listening to catalog with millions of songs for free (with adverts) or paying a really affordable flat rate, has ended up leading many P2P programs to ostracism.
A music player rather than an app to download music
One of these cases is the Android app Ares Plus although it's only halfway there. In other words, we won't be able to download a single song, not even the latest hits that were performed during the Eurovision Song Contest. However, it does work as a music player, therefore, if you still download songs in MP3 format from stores of the likes of Google Play Music or iTunes, once you get hold of the APK of this Plus version of Areas, you can enjoy listening to your entire music library.
There's not much more to say about this app as it definitely won't become a decent alternative to Spotify, Deezer or Pandora. Trust us!
