This tiny app, that is initially conceived to optimize the space on your iPhone carrying out cleaning actions on your photos, also comes along with another three tools. We're talking about a WiFi network tracker to detect intruders, a memory cleaner to clean your phone's cache, and data network monitor to find out what apps are the connection and reducing its speed. But it also analyzes our battery and offers us faster charging through the application. Not too bad for lightweight and free app.
A small, fast, and practical tool to delete pictures.
Does the app really do what it says?
As the saying goes, Jack of all trades, master of none. So a free app of the likes of Power Clean, full of adverts and with an option to become a premium user, doesn't usually carry out all these tasks in a very efficient manner. Would you trust it to take care of deleting photos that, according to its criteria, are duplicated on your phone?
On the other hand, the intruder monitor for WiFi networks detects every single device as an intruder, without any kind of filter. It justs informs you about the number of devices connected to your network.
And regarding the battery charging, the app guarantees that in 20 minutes it will manage to make your iPhone charge faster optimizing the battery, which is quite hard to believe because a decent calibration requires at least twenty-four hours. And if it really does so, doing quick charges over short periods of time, that probably wouldn't be too good in the long-term.
