Windows Subsystem for Android is the tool designed by Microsoft for downloading, installing, and running Android applications on Windows 11. This is due to the fact that in the earliest versions of the operating system it was not included as a native function, so users have had to install it themselves and, in addition, it can only be used without issues in the US.

Install Windows Subsystem for Android on your PC

WSA Toolbox is a tool that enables the use of WSA on a computer with Windows 11. It can be easily installed and used to enjoy other apps and not just those offered by Amazon Appstore. The main menu gives us access to the following functions and features:

  • Double-click to install any APK.
  • Access the ADB Shell that enables us to control Android in text mode.
  • Install Windows Subsystem for Android in unsupported regions.
  • Install Aurora Store, an alternative to the Google Play Store.
  • Install a simple app launcher to access other applications.

Once you have successfully installed WSA on your PC, you should check the settings menu to make sure the developer option is enabled.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Minimum operating system requirements: Windows 11.
