Reveal the passwords behind the asterisks
The text boxes for entering passwords on programs and websites usually hide characters with asterisks. Password Revealer is a simple tool that reveals them automatically, which can come in handy if we forget them.
It reveals what the password asterisks are hiding
The way this program works is very simple. All we have to do is select the password we want to reveal for the website or program and press Reveal! for it to be revealed automatically. The interface is as simple as the idea since it only features one button to perform this function.
However, there is a downside: the software is very old. This means it only works on versions earlier than Internet Explorer 5 and on operating systems like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, and Windows NT. So, if we are being realistic, we doubt that it will be able to recover passwords on Windows 10 or 11 or on online services such as Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, or Spotify. Therefore, we recommend having a good password manager, such as Keepass Password, to always keep your passwords in a safe place.
