A tool for safeguarding your privacy
Among the many issues that users may encounter as a result of their Internet activity are those relating to the loss of privacy, given that certain services do not respect that privacy. UntrackMe is an application that will help us protect it better.
Avoid being tracked by certain applications
This application basically features three functions:
- The redirection of apps like YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, or Google Maps to the URLs of services that are respectful of user privacy.
- The checking of the real URL that is hidden in a shortened URL.
- The removal of the UTM parameters of any URL that you visit.
It offers a full settings dashboard where users can personalize all of the parameters that are needed for its functioning. But this can prove a bit tricky for users who are not well versed in the subject. If that is your case, a simpler alternative for managing all this is to download a VPN app that will be able to disguise your connection and encrypt your data.

- The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
