No, we'll never get tired of offering you casual games with a simple approach, easy controls, but tremendously addictive. Beat Stomper is an example that meets all these demands, with the added value of being a classic platform game.
Easy to play, hard to master
That's the main idea that developers have to work on if they want their games to be a hit, and this one definitely is. You can spend your free time helping this square character to reach the top of the screen jumping from platform to platform and end up desperate even before reaching the tenth one.
The main character, a tiny square with a huge smile, has to jump left and right on the different platforms (remember Doodle Jump?) at the very right moment to be able to land on them. To do so, the player will only have to tap the screen once to jump and twice to land. It looks like a rather typical game, but the impossible boosters and the high speed of the platforms make it really hard.
Climb as high as possible to the rhythm of the music.
However, one of the most peculiar aspects of this game are its graphics and its soundtrack. The interface is full of bright colors and very eye-catching straight lines, whilst the soundtrack includes 8 original songs that that player can unlock as he advances through the title's different levels. All in all, a great hit.
