That's precisely the plot of Go Fish!, a casual game for smartphones and tablets in which you'll hop into your boat, cast your rod, and simply wait to catch as many fish as possible.

There's not much more to it. Once you download and install the APK, you'll simply have to tap your screen to release your hook into the sea depths, and once there, swipe right and left to try to catch as many fish as possible whilst the hook returns back up to the boat.
