App to record your heart rate
The HeartLog Android app is a straightforward and efficient health and medical app for recording heart rate measurements. Thanks to this app, we will always carry with us a detailed digital record of our heart rate measurements. In addition, it also has a section with information related to heart and coronary health. Obviously, it goes without saying that this app cannot be used to measure blood pressure since smartphones are not (at the moment) equipped with the necessary technology to do so.
How to know if you have high or low blood pressure
To record blood pressure results in HeartLog APK after measuring with an approved device, simply tap the green button in the main menu. The system will ask you to enter three pieces of information:
- Heart rate during a high-intensity training session (maximum).
- Resting heart rate (minimum).
- Walking heart rate (average).
With a simple color code, the interface indicates whether the heart rate is normal, slow, or fast. In addition, it also gives us some tips on how to act in case our blood pressure is not normal.
This app allows users to track their heart health to make informed decisions about their well-being.
But that's not all we will get once we download HeartLog for free. Within the insights section, there are several medical articles about heart health and coronary heart diseases. And all these features are available for free and without ads.
