As we're used to social networks in which people don't beat about the bush, it's strange to find dating applications of the likes of Hornet. It's a social network for gays that not only allows us to create a profile with user information to then set out to find our significant other but it also offers us options to share contents as publications or stories to help us create a better image of how we really are.

Interactions simplified to the max

The intention is to make user interaction much more spontaneous and natural, being able to comment on publications that we like or simply start chatting to see if we have things in common.

It's really just like any other social network although the main purpose is obviously to find the love of our lives. These are its main functions:

  • Create your profile with pics and information about yourself.
  • Publish contents (articles, photos, opinions...) on your feed and generate interaction with other users.
  • Search for people by means of geolocation or applying different filters to adjust the results.
  • Chat with other users by means of its private messaging system.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Minimum operating system requirements: Android 5.0
  • Offers in-app purchases.
