Hydro Coach is a water consumption monitor with reminders for Android devices. While reminding us to drink water, it also gives us the motivation we need to stay well hydrated. It is a fairly simple platform with a casual spirit and a minimalist interface.
To use it, after downloading the APK file we will have to answer a short questionnaire. Among other things, we have to enter our gender, weight and the exercise we do. The system uses this information to automatically calculate the amount of water each person should drink per day.
