That's what Snow Drift is all about, a game in which you'll drive a car with no brakes with the possibility to drift all over the place. For such purpose, you'll have to press left or right to drive over the snow and get rid of it all. You'll complete each level once you manage to clear all the now but you'll also have to be very careful not to crash into anything or fall into the water.
