Meditation and mindfulness is the method used by many people to achieve that inner peace that allows them to have a more pleasant life by lowering their stress levels. Synctuition is an app for meditation that aims to help users improve the quality of their sleep and reach the desired level of happiness.

More than 2,000 hours of relaxing melodies, binaural beats and music for sleep

This app has different programmes and various levels of progress that will help the user to achieve the relaxation and mindfulness goals they have set for themselves. Through the reproduction of sounds, the necessary atmosphere for concentration and meditation is created.

The sound gallery, where each sound represents a journey, consists of more than 13,000 different sounds. They are reproduced with 3D audio technology and recorded in 2,000 different locations, some of which are considered to be the most pristine on the planet. The aim is to offer the best possible immersive experience.

All of this is structured in such a way that the user can make progress in their meditation and relaxation process, with instructions and useful information whether they are new to these mindfulness techniques or already advanced.

Each of the journeys proposed by the app are available to be downloaded and played offline, thus avoiding distractions from any notifications that may arrive on the device.
