Templates for creating surveys and forms in a few minutes
You have almost certainly filled out an online survey recently. But did you know that you too can easily create surveys (or forms) on your phone or tablet? All you have to do is download the APK file of this app and follow the steps. But how does it work?

JotForm is a tool that allows us to create digital surveys and forms with a mobile phone. The process is so straightforward and intuitive that it only takes a few minutes.
To create a form, all we have to do is tap the orange button in the main menu and then choose one of the three options:
- Start from scratch.
- Use a template.
- Import a form.
The most convenient option is to use a template. The system includes over 10,000 predesigned models sorted into categories (types, sectors, and professions) and tons of sub-categories. The best thing is that all of the forms are customizable, which means that we will be able to edit every tiny detail. What's more, we can even work on them offline.

Overall, this is an excellent option for designing forms and surveys and analyzing the data afterward. In addition, it has lots of extra tools for helping us create just the document we have in mind.
