Taichi Panda 3: Dragon Hunter brings us a splendidly colorful adventure where the spectacular graphics will leave you gobsmacked. You will be able to choose from eight characters divided into the two classic factions that we usually find in these kinds of games. Meanwhile, you can customize them with armor, hairstyles, war paint and lots of other silly stuff. It might not be the most innovative game ever, but it makes up for that with the great care, attention, and affection that has gone into its design.
This game is a typical MMORPG for Android, with a huge world to explore, where we can go into every building, root around in every corner, carry out all kinds of missions and fight against terrible monsters. The combat system is very dynamic, featuring a main attack and several special abilities for each character, which can be unlocked as you level up. The cool thing about this game is that you can “hunt” – Pokémon style – and master a bunch of creatures in order to ride them, and then go into battle on creature-back. And if the creature flies, combat can take place in the skies.
No doubt, the visual design will vaguely remind you of World of Warcraft (one of the characters is obviously a panda), while the humor comes straight out of the DreamWorks movie Kung Fu Panda. If you like the genre, this game is really fun and looks great, while its range of creatures is as wide as its expansive map. It will also provide you with hours and hours of fun without spending (necessarily) a cent.
