Are you one of those people who often runs on empty? Have you found yourself in serious danger of running out of gas on more than one occasion? If so, you need to download Way-in.

Find gas stations near your location

This is an application which uses your device's geo-location to give you the exact location of nearby gas stations, using Google Maps. You will be able to see exactly where they are and how to get to them, which gives you a good idea of whether you can make it to one of them in your vehicle or whether it would be better to get someone to bring you a can of fuel. You will also be able to see whether that particular gas station carries the gasoline that you use: diesel, regular, 98...

However, it is an application that only comes in Arabic because it was designed for users in Syria (yes, that country that was in the news a lot and isn't anymore despite the fact that the war that broke out in 2011 is still going on...) and to use the app you will have register using the card that verifies that you are a car driver.
