The math game 2048 has been a big hit, but if we want to try something similar with an original touch, the wonderful UnderAIR studio has a surprise for us. And it is that, in this game, instead of combining equal numbers to add them, we will have to combine fragments of city to create a great city.

Merge elements to create a great metropolis

The game City 2048 mixes the rules of the mythical 2048 with city building titles. The result of putting together puzzles and strategy is as fun as it is original and addictive.

The mechanics consists of moving a small 4x4 board designed in 3D to either side. Every time we move it, a new piece of city will come out. If with the movement we manage to join two equal pieces, they will merge creating another one of greater level and leaving a free square.

The interesting thing about this game is that, as we advance, we will create a bigger city, with high skyscrapers and more and more modern and even futuristic buildings. The game ends when we can no longer clear more squares, although we have enhancers to help us extend the experience.

All this is complemented by minimalist designs and very cool sound effects. If we like original, beautiful and interesting games, this one is made for us. And it is extremely relaxing.
