Dead Ahead is a refreshing strategy game with a gore twist inspired by the zombie apocalypse. Our mission, as in most titles of the genre will be to survive as best we can.
The basic game mechanics are quite simple, but full of little details. The development consists of exploring a map aboard an old school bus (the typical yellow bus of all American movies) that we will have to protect from zombies with our own lives.
A horde of hungry pixelated wandering dead are coming for you! Don't lose your nerve and keep your blood cold!
To expand our territory we will have to explore and accept missions. In each mission we will have to face the hordes of zombies while tearing down barricades in order to keep moving forward.
As we beat up the zombies, we will get resources that will allow us to summon new troops and tools on the battlefield. Each type of troop has certain powers and a cost, so we will have to invest our resources wisely to prevent the zombies from destroying the bus.
As we progress, we will be able to unlock different survivors (quite archetypal, but no less enjoyable), which will allow us to know their history and use them in combat. In addition, we will be able to collect different objects and improve our units and vehicles.
Take your bus through the infested areas, collect supplies, search for survivors and kill zombies!
We are facing an interesting action and strategy game full of blood and with a fun sense of humor that stands out for its exquisite pixel art graphics and excellent gameplay. Fans of the genre will love it.
