This app also lets you set your own goals. In the free version, you can only change the number of daily steps, but with the pro, you can customize a goal for calories burned, kilometers traveled, and active time.

This app is a free alternative to a smartwatch. It has a nice interface and is very useful, but there are other similar ones with more features.
