These days it is totally normal to have different browser tabs open on your PC or on your phone: for example, in one you might have your email, in another a social network and in another a search page. On a PC it is easy to quickly go from one to another using keyboard shortcuts, but what about on your Android? Well, it is also very easy. In fact, there are two ways of going about it. Let’s have a look.
The fastest method: switching using gestures
This method is very easy to use. First, open Chrome and get a few tabs opened up (in this example we use three). Then put your finger on the Chrome navigation bar:

Slide your finger left, to the second tab. You should see a change like this:

And now, from there, slide left again to the third tab. In order to get back to the first tab just slide your finger right in order to get there:

The second way: using the general tab view
This second method is not as quick as the first, but is just as effective. If you look, you will see that next to the address bar there is a number in a grid which shows the number of open tabs:

If you tap it, you will see this on your screen:

Switching tabs is as easy as viewing what tabs are open and tapping on the one you want to go to, and it will come up on the main screen of your browser.
These two methods are very easy to put into practice and you don’t need any special knowledge to do it, so don’t hesitate when it comes to actually using them.
