If you are looking for a personalized training plan, made to match your goals and and especially designed for the female physique, FitCoach for Android is an app for women who want to lose weight, get fit and learn healthier habits for feeling good without having to go to the gym.

This personal trainer has to be configured using the necessary data for creating a 60-day plan specific to the needs of each woman and for setting up an exercise calendar.

How to get started

To get started just follow these steps, after which the app will display a payment plan with a weekly amount which varies depending on how long you decide to follow the training plan for:

  1. Step 1: set a main goal (lose weight, build muscle or post-natal recovery).
  2. Step 2: choose which areas of the body you want to work on.
  3. Step 3: introduce information on your usual daily movement.
  4. Step 4: add the required personal information like age, weight, height, physical condition...
  5. Step 5: the smart algorithm will suggest an exercise plan for strength, cardio and recovery.

After making the chosen payment (way too high, in our opinion), the user will have access to a training plan that suits their needs with more than 300 exercises that are updated as you progress. However, we feel that there are other training apps and plans out there which are way better, are free or at least more affordable, and therefore much more appealing.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Minimum operating system requirements: Android 8.0.
  • Offers in-app purchases.
