How to schedule messages on WhatsApp

Scheduling messages in WhastApp is possible thanks to a specific application called SKEDit Scheduling App. All you have to do is write a message, select its recipients, and set the time when the message must be sent. However, it is important to note that this feature only works if your phone is unlocked when sending the message. Due to Android technical issues, sending scheduled messages from a locked phone is not yet possible. But, do not worry because there are a few ways to bypass this little obstacle. First, download the application by clicking on the green Download button that you can see just below. Repeat the process in the next two windows by pressing the same button again.

Once downloaded, you need to install it. Depending on your Android version, there are different ways to do this. In some versions, once the download has been completed, a notification will appear at the bottom of the screen with the option Open to launch the installation. In newer versions, you will be able to access the download from the same notification screen, one tap on the notification will be enough to start the process. Typically, the APK will end up in your downloads folder, just browse it and click the file.

This app works perfectly, and to avoid failures, you only have to keep in mind all the aspects we have told you about at the beginning of the tutorial. The phone needs to be unlocked in order to send the message. Our recommendation is to disable the automatic locking when you use the app.
