WhatsApp is the default communication tool for millions of users. Although WhatsApp is constantly receiving updates with new features, the company has never included a scheduling tool for sending messages. Therefore, it is impossible to ask WhatsApp to deliver content at a specific date and time and also to do so in an automated manner. If for some reason you need this feature, you will have no choice but to use third-party applications.
Preliminary considerations concerning permissions and privacy
In this article, we are going to show you how to use two applications to schedule the sending of messages via WhatsApp. However, we must make a few notes before showing you the step-by-step process.
You should know that both tools will request many permissions to perform their functions. After granting permissions, both Wasavi and SKEDit will have full access to WhatsApp and will be able to control your conversations. The purpose of this is to automatically send messages or other content. We are not aware that these applications have caused problems for users. However, we must warn you of this fact, because if you are very concerned about your privacy, you may prefer not to use them.

Ten seconds before the sending is done, the following warning will appear:Pre-notice for scheduled delivery
At the end of the countdown, Wasavi will open WhatsApp, tap on the corresponding conversation, write the message, and send it. If you have the phone in front of you, you will be able to view how the process is done automatically.
Schedule messages in WhatsApp with SKEDit
A good alternative to Wasavi is SKEDit which allows you to do something very similar.
After installation, you will be prompted to register. You do not need to do this if you check the box below and tap Skip.Skip signing up on the application
Let the application access your documents and internal memory.Allow access to the device’s internal memory
In much the same way as with Wasavi, tap on the bottom right button and select WhatsApp.Create a new scheduled WhatsApp message
If you are using SKEDit for the first time, the application will ask you to grant the necessary permissions. Tap on the button to enable accessibility in the pop-up dialog that will appear on the screen.Give access to the accessibility options
Choose SKEDit from the list of applications to proceed.Accessibility options for the app
Again, activate the use of the corresponding service by tapping on the slider.Enable the corresponding access
When you return to SKEDit, you will have at your disposal several parameters to create a scheduled sending. At the top, add recipients At the bottom, type your message and add attachments if necessary. Finally, set the date and time and the repetition, if necessary. It is also possible to ask it to warn you before sending the message. Save the programmed message with the confirmation button that you will see in the upper right corner of the screen.Enter the message, content, and contact
In the Pending tab, you can see all your pending sendings.View the scheduled messages
With this application, the process is executed in the same way. SKEDit, thanks to accessibility permissions, can control WhatsApp by performing the appropriate screen taps to send the message.
