Cartera Digital Android

Store and share your official state credentials

Cartera Digital Android is an official app created by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain to request and use identification credentials issued by official State bodies. For example, it works with the FNMT-RCM digital certificate or the official credentials of the universities.

Your digital certificates always at hand

The purpose when you download Cartera Digital for free is twofold. On the one hand, you can request the official identification credentials from the app by following the steps on the screen.

Once you have obtained the accreditation, Cartera Digital APK behaves like an ID wallet. That is, it also serves to access, use, and share credentials obtained from official bodies. In addition, in principle you can access digital services without passwords in a secure way.

The General Secretariat of Digital Administration puts at your service this Cartera Digital, with which you can request identification credentials from issuing entities.

Although the project is still in its infancy, it is expected that later this app will also allow you to carry your electronic ID, just as you can already carry your digital driving license in the miDGT app. However, at the moment its use is very limited.
