Exercising is very healthy but getting into the habit requires sacrifice and a bit of effort. This app makes things a little easier for us thanks to its collection of exercise routines without equipment so we can train at home, at the gym, or wherever we want.

Short routines to train at home

Daily Workouts is a sports and fitness app that will help us to train at home by proposing short exercise routines. It has seven sections to train different parts of the body:

• Abdominals.
• Arms.
• Buttocks.
• Cardio.
• Legs.
• Complete training.
• Video streaming.

Within each routine, we can indicate the time we want to train (5, 8, 10, 20, or 30 minutes) and the repetitions of the series we are going to do. However, to unlock the advanced routines and new exercises, we will have to buy the full version.

A simple interface, along with a full video and timer, lets you easily follow the routine and understand each exercise.

With each exercise, we will see a video and instructions to perform it with the correct technique. Also, the videos will accompany us throughout the exercise to encourage us to continue our efforts and give the best of ourselves.

If we want to start training without leaving home and without spending a penny, we just have to download the free APK file. However, this compilation of exercises may fall a little short for more advanced users.
