One of the most popular written publication groups in India is India Today. Its articles approach different aspects of national and international news from an Indian point of view, which is rather obvious taking into account that it's edited in this emerging nation.
The macro-survey about the sexual habits of Indians
Amongst the different articles and special features that it releases, since 2003 it has edited an annual report called Sex Survey Hindi based on data extracted from surveys carried out on Indians about their sexual preferences and habits, and the conclusions that can be drawn from the latter. And to celebrate the tenth anniversary of this report that's a great hit in terms of sales and readers, they released the application 10 Years of Sex Survey Hindi for iOS.
The app brings together the 10 reports that range between 2003 and 2013 so that any Hindi speaker, the most spoken language in this country, can find out what his/her fellow citizens think about all these matters.
In the West we usually think that nobody's more advanced than us when it comes to taking off our clothes; anyone would think that we actually invented sex. But no, India, for instance, has quite a few temples and artistic examples, such as Kamasutra, dedicated to sex (just search for Khajuraho in Google)... and not like us, that we've even had to cover up Adam and Eve's private parts with leaves.
In the back seat of a car? On the stairway? Discover where Indians like it the most.
However, India is a country of strong contrasts: there are huge imbalances between the rich and the poor and also between those that live and enjoy their sexuality with naturalness and those that hide their desires or violate women or gays.
All in all, this report is here for you to read it from top to bottom just in case you have to visit India and you want to know what to expect. For the time being, it's only available for iPhone and iPad because there's no APK available for Android.
