Exercises without weights nor apparatus

Start keeping fit with just a few minutes per day. Once you install the APK file, choose your target and input your data (such as your height and weight) so that the app can adapt to your circumstances. Choose the kind of exercise that you want to carry out and start working out. Each session includes a series of voice-guided exercises but also includes videos (that you can watch on YouTube) that tell you how to do each exercise correctly. The application guides you through your workout schedules, providing you with statistics, achievements, and advances, and sending you notifications to make sure you don't miss out on any training session.

You won't need equipment or a trainer, all the exercises can be completed taking advantage of your body weight.

In the report, you'll be able to check the exercises you've completed, the calories you've burnt, and the minutes you've worked out.
