The GameHouse Original Stories studio specializes in casual time-management games in which the story is the driver. This time, it offers us an adventure with more mature elements and gameplay that is very similar to that of Professor Layton's video-game saga.

Search for clues and find the connections
Jackie Johnson is a private detective who lost her daughter in a fire. Now she dedicates her life to investigating and solving cases of murdered and missing children. On this occasion, our protagonist investigates a strange crime that she is determined to solve, whatever it takes.
Detective Jackie - Mystic Case is an original time-management game with elements of investigation and questioning. In order to solve the mysterious murder, we will have to search for clues, sneak into crime scenes, uncover secrets, and use the powers of a mysterious ring.
Will Jackie be able to work out the connections between reality and mythology?
As in other titles from this studio, the main plot unfolds in a setting where we will have to respond to a range of requests from characters as soon as we possibly can. For example, in the first scene, we will have to investigate a crime scene while helping police officers make deductions and offering them different tools for gathering evidence.
But we will also have to join up the clue trail that we have found and question witnesses and suspects. Meanwhile, there are 60 story levels and six mini-games, including stone-cold, clinical tests, and symbology. And on more than one occasion the game will remind us of the adventures of Professor Layton.
